(1) If you do not see the Annotate for Word, please reinstall it again.
(2) If it is still not working, please select Tools-->Templates and Add-ins-->Add, and you can search and add in the file Annotate.dot that locates in the CD. To check if the toolbar is closed temporarily, please move the screen cursor on the Word of Toolbar area and clicking the right bottom of your digital pen to see and confirm the Annotate is ticked or you can also select ViewaToolbarsaAnnotate to check.
